smoky crystallized minerality with a flinty character – unmistakably Felsenberg
It was bottled (and numbered) without fining or filtering in November 2019
• The only intervention during fermentation and aging of wine is the maintaining of temperature between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius
2017 Ultramarine Rose Heintz Vineyard Sonoma Coast Hakushu Soil type is a deep51% Pinot Noir (10% as red wine) and 49% Chardonnay. Dosage is at 6 g L. From winemaker Michael Cruse: Lean and mineral, metal with white strawberries.
