2024 Phelan Farm Chardonnay Manzanilla Cask, San Luis Obispo Coast, USA Bodet-Herold planted in the ’60s andThe Chardonnay is whole cluster pressed and fermented in a 100 year old Manzanilla Sherry cask. The wine remained in the same vessel for 16 months of elevage under a natural flor hence the F designation.
