two extremely faint 35 cm horizontal creases near the bottom edge (one going through the base of the toes and the other just below the heel) there are a of couple tiny white stress marks on and around these creases

Small piece of tape / tape adhesive several inches right of the skull

the bottom 3 inches (8 cm) may have become damp at some point as the surface is a little wavy (no apparent staining other than previously mentioned staining)

very faint crease from the bottom edge up to the N in CONFUSED
