The grapes are gently pressed and macerated cold for a few hours before being fermented spontaneously and then matured on the fine lees in 2000 liter wooden casks
the wine then ages for a full year in a combination of large old acacia
Both have different soils
Garnacha Tintorera and Gran Negro and the whites Dona Blanca and Verdello (Godello)
