Dry and well balanced, it is the expression of a subtle blend of three emblematic grape varieties of the region: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc, to which is added 20% reserve wine to bring even more depth and complexity. This Crmant remains in contact with its fine lees for 24 to 36 months,
