2021 Day Wines 'Vin de Days' Blanc Willamette Valley, Oregon, USA Maipo Valley 2019 Wenzel 'Wild + FreeMeller Thurgau (33%); Riesling (30%); Pinot Blanc (20%); Pinot Gris (14%); Muscat (3%). This is an Alsatian style white blend of several organically farmed vineyards around the Willamette Valley. Grapes are direct pressed and co fermented in stainless steel. All native yeasts, full malo, minimal so2 addition before bottling. 12% abv.
