Which made me realize how lovely an object a liberated (and thwarted) hourglass is when set on its side formally and metaphorically resonant in all sorts of ways! 2 1 2" long. Hand blown, with pontils at either end, and satisfying pinkish brown sand. Nice patina to the surface of the
