The 1993 Tokaji Aszu 5-Puttonyos is a blend of 75% Furmint and 25% Harslevelu that was aged in 220-liter barrels for 24 months

but needs 2-3 years to even start to be drinkable

but it is flat-out delicious

This is excellent and a wine that should also age well but be enjoyable after only 4 to 6 years of cellaring
