I love the labelling of the tram road

but then slides open smoothly

with just a bit of pink stain on the reverse

Perky Black and White Carved Wooden Dog with Glass Eyes and Pink Tongue! 1890s (MeanwhileI'm a sucker for a carved dog, and this one's got a lot of character, looking to me as if it might just have spotted a cat in the distance! Great face, with fabulous freckles whiskers, glass eyes that read to me as very pale blue, and pinkish red tongue hanging out. 7" long x 5" tall x 2" deep. I would guess maybe 1950s or so but am not completely sure; I don't believe much older than that. Great condition.
