Deutz, Amour Deutz other_regions 30 ha parcel of 55+Amour was created by Deutzs long standing managing director, Fabrice Rosset. It's a prestige blanc de blancs which is only made in the best years, so there was little surprise when Deutz produced an Amour from the highly acclaimed 2008 vintage. This really has it all, freshness, extract, power, balance and concentration. Already, the primary nose shows chamomile and iris, while the palate is crammed with white fruits, nougat, chamomile, candied fruit
