Morning fog and ocean breezes through the Petaluma Gap contribute significantly to the character of the fruit. Clone harvested was Dijon 4. This Chablis inspired wine offers up beautiful citrus, tropical and wet stone flavors, highlighted by lemon essence and saline notes. The medium bodied
