Palate is soft and lean with lemon zest and slight mineral touches. There are simple pleasures in Pinot Grigio, a friendly summer and food friendly wine this one is done with a gentle yet thoughtful hand in the cellar and in the vineyard, displaying soft touches along side soft verve and minerality. The 2020 vintage especially shows how something simple can be so divine
