Carved Wooden Plaque or Trivet horsehair drafting brush by hand I believeI just love the immediacy of this carved wooden plaque, which I would probably mount a hook to the back of and hang on the wall, though it would make a pretty great trivet, too. I can just picture its maker planning out the design and then emphatically carving away. The carving itself is pretty deep and the fine details pretty nicely done I'd say and looking at it now I'm thinking it would be a pretty nice piece to make prints or rubbings from. 8 1 8"
