Domaine Henri Costal 'Les Truffieres' Chablis 2022 MEDITERRANEE Robert EdenDomaine Henri Costal is a collaboration between Chablis producer Domaine Jean Collet and U. S. wine importer Kermit Lynch. The Les Truffires vineyard translates to, as you may guess, "where the truffles grow" and is located in the commune of Villy, north of the town of Chablis. The vines are farmed organically and the grapes are fermented in stainless steel. The wine ages a further 10 months in steel before spending three months in 600 liter oak
